Two teenagers are being charged with multiple accounts of assault with a dangerous weapon after allegedly firing a pellet gun at people in downtown Andover on Thursday around 9 p.m. Andover Police and the District Attorney are still investigating the incident and both teenagers are on house arrest, complete with monitoring bracelets.
